Join us for a morning of yoga where you will by guided systematically through a series of foundational yoga postures (asanas) to create a feeling of well being and vitality.  This class is suitable for all levels, body types, and abilities.

You are welcome to join us in studio & online!

  • Please register in MindBody and make sure you have received the class confirmation email with the zoom login info.
  • Have any yoga props you may have at home handy: yoga blocks, belt/strap, blanket(s) and a chair.
  • Sign in to the zoom class approx 10 minutes before the class starts and make sure that you are ready to go on time! See you on Zoom!
