Stephanie’s journey with fitness, movement, and mindfulness began back in 1991 when she stepped into her first martial arts class.
Expanding upon the knowledge and experiences she gained in the dojo, she became a certified 200hr instructor of Hatha yoga (from the North American School of Yoga Science), as well as Prenatal, Mom & Baby, and Yin yoga (Yoga & Ayurveda Center). She finds joy in movement and helping others along their journey – whether physical, emotional, or wherever the universe is guiding them.
