Join Melissa, senior Iyengar yoga teacher for a balanced 2-hour practice followed by a cup of freshly made vibrant green soup to nourish yourself, revitalize and enjoy good company. All abilities and yoga backgrounds are welcome. Adaptations will be provided.
Spring invites us to revisit our practice with vitality and enthusiasm. Explore standing poses for strength and grounding, twists to remove toxins, simple backbends to energize and restorative poses to relax and calm the body-mind. Join Melissa for this playful and explorative workshop to remove impurities and open to greater joy and ease.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to April 25 will result in credit of workshop fee minus a cancellation fee ($10) to the student’s MindBody account.
- No refund or credit if the student cancels less than 2 days prior to the event.
