Join Erica for a 4 week transformative Feldenkrais, Awareness Through Movement series, starting October 9! We’ll explore the dynamic relationship between balance, stability, and ease in walking—a movement we do every day, often without thought. By discovering more efficient ways to organize this essential function, we’ll reduce unnecessary tension and free up energy for what truly matters in life.
This series is about more than just walking. It’s about tapping into the vitality and enthusiasm that come when we’re in sync with our whole being—mind, body, and environment. Through conscious attention and awareness, we provide our nervous system with the information it needs to reorganize optimally. This is neuroplasticity in action, inviting more ease, clarity, and dynamic possibility into every step we take—both literally and metaphorically.
Expect a blend of somatic practice, functional anatomy, and physiology, designed to nourish your life force and open doors to thriving—not just physically, but in your capacity to experience life fully.
