Connect with your baby on the mat!
Engage in gentle yoga exercises that are safe for postpartum moms. This class is open to moms, dads, grandparents, and other guardians, and their 3 – 12 month old babies. We’ll spend 45-50 minutes stretching and moving, and then have some time after to connect with the other parents/guardians in the class.
We get that babies aren’t the best at time management and your day revolves around a varying schedule of naps, feeding, diaper changes, and meltdowns, so if you book a class, but are going to arrive late, please still come.
*Important for those who gave birth: It is recommended that you are at least 3 months postpartum and/or you have received clearance from your midwife or physician to resume exercise. While all movement during the class is optional, if you have any concerns, please speak with your health care provider first.

Non-Members:

Drop-in:
Members – $15 + GST

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the series will result in a CREDIT of the series fee to the student’s account.
- No refund or credit if the student cancels less than 24 hours before the series starts.
Cancellation/Refund Policy for single classes:
- Cancellation up to 3 hours before the start of the class will result in a CREDIT to the student’s account.
- No refund or credit if the student cancels less than 3 hours before the class starts.
