Barb found yoga about 10 years ago and went from one class a week to 6 or 7 classes a week very quickly. She has been teaching gentle hatha classes, perfect for all levels including beginners, for over 5 years in Kelowna.
Her passion is introducing newcomers to yoga and sharing the benefits and her love of yoga with others. She has attended and/or taught at yoga retreats locally in BC and also in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. She encourages everyone to move their body so they can continue to move their body as they actively age. She empowers people to be the best that they can be in a safe and supportive environment.
