Kundalini yoga draws upon the practices of pranayama (breathing techniques), Kriyas (exercise sets), chanting and meditation to challenge ourselves to understand who we are and what we are capable of.
This class is suitable for all levels, variations and modifications will be provided. Come, try something different and enjoy!
