Introduction to Yoga

Learn the foundations of Yoga – Postural alignment, strength, stamina, and mobility in a safe, systematic effective approach

This is an introductory level practice where you learn basic yoga poses (asanas), and key actions in each pose.  

There are so many benefits to establishing a yoga practice no matter what stage of life you are in, you gain mobility, stability, strength, with the added benefit of stress relief.  Start the new year off with a gift to yourself that will last a lifetime.

No Prior Experience Required

Cost: 

$75.00 for all 6 classes
$15.00 Individual class

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to January 7th will result in credit of the series fee, minus a cancellation fee ($10), to the student’s MindBody account. No refund or credit if the student cancels less than 2 days prior to the event.
