Have you always wanted to try yoga but didn’t know where to start? Or you’ve tried yoga and would like start over from the beginning.

Join Sharon and learn the foundations of yoga.
Postural alignment, strength, stamina, and mobility in a safe, systematic effective approach

Join this beginner’s level practice where you’ll learn basic yoga poses (asanas), and key actions in each pose.  For those who have completed the Foundations of Yoga series, this will be a continuation and expansion of that practice. For those new to yoga, the fundamentals of basic asanas will be learned.

The practice of asanas has a beneficial impact on the whole body. Asanas not only tone the muscles, tissues, ligaments, joints, and nerves, but also maintain the smooth functioning and health of all the body’s systems. They relax the body and mind, allowing both to recover from fatigue or weakness and the stress of daily life.  

No Prior Experience Required

Cost: 
$75.00 for all 6 classes
$15.00 Individual class

*Limited to 15 students

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to March 11th will result in credit of the series fee, minus a cancellation fee ($10), to the student’s MindBody account. No refund or credit if the student cancels less than 2 days prior to the event.
