Get ready for your winter sport season with yoga. We’ll have fun with some lively Vinyasa (flow) and asanas (poses) to gain endurance, strength and balance so you’ll have more fun on the slopes and trails.
Then come the après-ski recovery poses.
These classes are suitable for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
COST:
$96.00 + tax for the 8 classes series
$15.00 + tax for a single class
For the studio version a membership is required.
Cost for non-member: $111 + tax for the 8 classes series. (this includes a 1 year membership)
