We cannot eliminate stress from our lives completely, but we can work with the body and mind to “stress less”. In this 8 class series, we will discover how to use yoga postures to deeply calm the nervous system and make the shift from a scattered mind towards a quiet, unified mind. We will explore ways to deal with anxious energy trapped in the body, and use this time to nourish ourselves.
