This experience of yoga nidra is an excellent opportunity to learn unique methods that create a relaxation response to manage stress and self-regulation.
Expect some simple movement, breathing practise, and 3 separate yoga nidra experiences.
The workshop includes a handout and orientation to the Take a Breath for Change website to continue exploring the practice after the workshop.
Jeff recommends you have a writing journal for any personal notes. You will be provided a comfortable place to lay down on your yoga mat, and you may choose to bring an additional blanket, pillow and/or eye pillows.”
