Ready to enhance your mobility, improve posture, and feel more connected to your body?
Join two Guild Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioners and an Iyengar Yoga Certified teacher for TWO workshops where you will:
- Explore gentle Feldenkrais movements to increase awareness of your body’s natural range of motion
- Practice yoga poses that deepen flexibility and strength through mindful extension and flexion
- Discover the connections between yoga and Feldenkrais that enrich your ability to move with ease
Sun, March 23 – Exploration of Flexion – Forward Bending
Sun, April 13 – Exploration of Extension – Back Bending

Cost:
$70 + GST per workshop
$120 +GST for both
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to March 20 will result in credit of the workshop fee, minus a cancellation fee ($10), to the student’s MindBody account. No refund or credit if the student cancels less than 2 days prior to the event.
Please note that this workshop requires a minimum of 8 students to run. If there are less than 8 students the workshop may be cancelled and students will be informed a minimum 2 days prior to the event.
